Once a month we practice together on Facebook live. The classes are free to attend--my gift to you to help you feel more supported in your daily life.


Restorative yoga nourishes our bodies and minds with the use of props that help us feel supported and at ease. Recordings will be available for those unable to attend live.

Restorative yoga helps you:
